A resident showed the responding officer a video of a man hitting a dog with what looked like the end of a gun. The officer located the injured dog and the blunt item used to hit it. An attempt to contact the dog’s owners was unsuccessful, but the officer placed the dog into police custody.

Each campus is located along the eclipse's path. Attendees can buy commemorative merchandise, eat from food trucks, and use first aid stations. NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The North Little Rock Police Department has arrested two people in connection with the murder of a woman and her child on Feb. 13. According to police, 43-year-old Willie Mott Jr. and his mother, 70-year-old Diane Mott, were arrested on multiple charges for the double homicide of 27-year-old Teangela Tate and her two-month-old infant.
