CMR’s freshman football team delivers big wins this year
Playing for the freshman football team has given Liam McKamey the time of his life. “When you get that tackle, you’re on top of the world,” McKamey said. McKamey’s favorite part about playing football is the environment on game day, with all the people cheering and the feeling of playing for pride. He said he loves the aesthetic of it all, even if he’s only played one game this season. Against the Helena High Bengals in the opener, he pulled his hamstring, leaving him injured throughout the season. It hasn’t stopped him from being a part of the team, however.
