Maverik has begun construction on its first store in Montana, which will be the convenience retailer’s 13th state of operation, a company spokesperson confirmed via email. The 5,951-square-foot store will be located at 3196 Colonial Drive in Helena — about 100 miles northwest of Bozeman — and is expected to open in the first quarter of 2024, the spokesperson said.
