Police accuse a Liberty woman of driving double the 40-mph speed limit with two children riding in her SUV. Twenty-five-year-old Kayla Rogers was arrested late Tuesday on criminal charges of failure to comply with a police order, possessing drug paraphernalia, and traffic violations of speeding, operating a vehicle with wanton disregard, and ignoring traffic control devices.

Williamsport, Pa. — An alleged drug dealer arranged to sell methamphetamine and crack to a police informant, but stole the money instead, according to charges. Tyler John McKinney, 32, of Cogan Station took the money in February after promising an informant the drugs, detectives with the Lycoming County Narcotics Enforcement Unit said. Ciara White, 24, pleaded guilty to a bill of information on charges of two counts of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, third-degree felony charges; two counts of criminal damaging, first-degree misdemeanor charges; and one count of attempted possession of drugs, a fourth-degree felony, according to court records.
