Timothy Martin Ussery, 43, of the 300 block of Windlesham Drive, Chesapeake, Virginia, was arrested March 18 and served with an order for contempt for violating a court order for a domestic violence protection order. A $2,000 unsecured bond was set.
Ashley Marie Matyisin, 27, of the 900 block of N.C. Highway 343 South, Shiloh, was served a criminal summons March 20 for a charge of common law false imprisonment.
Micah Britan Batchelor, 37, of the 100 block of Puddin Ridge Road, Moyock, was arrested March 19 and charged with assault on a female. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail on a 48-hour domestic violence hold.
Enoch Corey Williams, 32, of the 1400 block of Walker Ave., Elizabeth City, was arrested March 19 and charged with failure to appear in court for charges of possession of schedule VI of a controlled substance, speeding and driving while license revoked.
Cashzery Rain Coccaro, 18, of the 100 block of Red Bank Road, Hertford, was arrested March 22 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was released after posting a $250 cash bond.
Melissa Anne Foley, 30, of the 600 block of Raff Road, Virginia Beach, Va., was arrested March 22 and charged with second-degree trespassing. She was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $1,000 secured bond.
Rahmel Devon Mallory, 35, of the 600 block of Cardwell St., Elizabeth City, was arrested March 21 and charged with driving while impaired and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $3,000 unsecured bond.
Alonzo Coy King Jr., 43, of the 150 block of Country Club Road, Camden, was arrested March 21 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
Paul Timouthy Romanczyk, 62, of the 900 block of N.C. Highway 343, South Mills, was arrested March 25 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was released on a $500 cash bond. He was arrested April 8 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $10,000 secured bond.
Kevin Daniel Sumpter Jr., 31, of the 700 block of Baxter St., Elizabeth City, was arrested March 25 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was released after posting a $6,000 secured bond.
Mark James Thompson, 61, of the 1300 block of N.C. Highway 343 North, South Mills, was arrested March 26 and charged with possession of a firearm while a felon, cruelty to animals and obstruction of justice. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Walter Crafton Matthews IV, 40, of the 700 block of Pennsylvania Ave., Hertford, was arrested April 2 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $900 cash bond was set.

Corey Terrell Aydlett, 30, of the 100 block of Country Club Road, Camden, was arrested April 8 and charged with misuse of the 911 system and impeding traffic. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail. No bond was set.

Michael Lee Volberding, 32, of the 700 block of Cherry Glade Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested March 19 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, aid and abetting driving while license revoked and a seat belt violation. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $2,500 secured bond.
John Guiton Lynch Jr., 56, of the 900 block of Parsonage St., Elizabeth City, was arrested March 16 and charged with tampering with a vehicle and violating a valid domestic violence protective order. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail on a 48-hour domestic violence hold.
Eli Jacob Skagerberg, 44, of the 900 block of Thunder Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested March 25 and charged with communicating threats and domestic violence. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail on a 48-hour domestic violence hold.

Lauryn Sophia R. Duncan, 23, of the 1100 block of W. Williams Circle, Elizabeth City, was arrested April 2 and charged with failure to appear in court for failing to return rental property. A $500 secured bond was set.
