    Kern Sheriff’s office seeks help finding shooter in 2020 murder

    BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating the shooter from a murder over four years ago.

    Ricardo Lopez Jr., 22, was found dead in an orchard near Corn Camp Road and Highway 58 in Buttonwillow in December 2020.

    He was found with a gunshot to his head and his death has been ruled a homicide.

    Anyone with information on Lopez’s whereabouts is asked to call KCSO at 861-3110.
