Heavy rains flood Highways 80, 59 in Marshall
MARSHALL, Texas (KLTV) - Heavy rain left cars submerged at the intersection of Highway 80 and Highway 59 in Marshall. Crews barricaded sections of Highway 59 near the intersection with Highway 80. Marshall Fire Chief David Rainwater said the deepest flood water throughout the city was at that location. Highway 59 was blocked at the time.
