    Brookhaven girl competes for Little Miss Black USA

    Seven-year-old DZyah Corley is competing for the title of Little Miss Black United States of America.

    The Brookhaven native is the 2023 Mississippi Petite Miss State Queen, with International Girls Youth Development. She is the daughter of Jazmin Corley.

    Corley loves competing in beauty pageants, making public appearances, going to public events, and community service. She is a three-year title holder for Mississippi. Corley has competed in national programs previously, finishing in the top-10 for the national Queen crown, and has won seven Pro-Am medals.

    Corley has trained with International Girls and The Donna Groff Modeling Agency in Germantown, TN. She now trains with QueenEsteem Youth Development. Her dream is to become a nurse, professional gymnast, and trainer. She is also an advocate for mental health and development issues such as autism.
