Chambers named Willis Memorial Scholarship recipient
Pearl High School student Anthony Chambers has been named a recipient of the Clifton D. Willis Memorial Scholarship. Sergeant Clifton D. He discovered his passion for military service after serving as a cadet in the JROTC program. He later enlisted in the U.S. Army and served as a medic. Unfortunately, his life was tragically cut short while serving his second term in the military. The scholarship that bears his name was created to allow his legacy and mission to serve to continue and to inspire future generations to give back.
