DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - Dozens of Lowcountry residents have filed a lawsuit against a Summerville pool company and its franchisers. The lawsuit, filed in Dorchester County Tuesday, alleges Indigo Pool and its suppliers River Pools, Fiberglass Pools and The Fiberglass Pool Company took payments from homeowners looking to install pools which resulted in poor communication, improper installation of pools and pool equipment which left customers with non-functioning pools or no pool.
