Bearcats Break Multiple School Records at Loper Twilight
(Kearney, NE) – Northwest Missouri State’s track and field team had a successful weekend at the Loper Twilight meet. It all started with Luisarys Toledo who earned first in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 59.96, just behind his time last week in the Concordia Twilight on May 10th that ranked second in school history. In the 200-meter dash, Enrico Cavagna was able to earn the school record with a time of 20.87 seconds to rank #19 in Division II overall. He is now just one of two athletes for the Bearcats since 2005 to run under 21 seconds in the 200-meter.
