Fort Myers law firm begins 5,000-square-foot expansion
Bonita Springs-based Curran Young Construction began a roughly 5,000-square-foot expansion of Cole, Scott & Kissane’s Fort Myers office. The project, at 5220 Summerlin Commons Blvd., near the intersection of Summerlin Road and Boy Scout Drive, will extend the law firm’s existing space across the entire second floor of a five-story office building. Construction is taking place while the building remains occupied, requiring crews to minimize disruptions to tenants. The renovation also includes break room upgrades featuring quartz countertops, backsplash tile and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Cole, Scott & Kissane, a statewide civil litigation firm with more than 550 attorneys across 12 offices, also maintains a Bonita Springs location.
