Police: Driver found passed out behind the wheel
Millville, Pa. — A driver was arrested after police say the found him passed out behind the wheel in the middle of the road. State police found Bret Lamoreaux, 32, asleep in his 2022 Subaru Outback after they were called to 94 Camp Victory Road on May 5 for a disabled vehicle, reports say. When Trp. Adam Heintzelman arrived just after 3 a.m., he found Lamoreaux behind the wheel with the vehicle in drive, he said. The car was reportedly in the middle of the roadway and Lamoreaux was drunk. He was arrested for DUI, according to charges.

Northumberland County, Pa. — Lane restrictions will be in place Thursday on Route 147 in Union and Northumberland counties for road work. In Point Township, Northumberland County, a PennDOT maintenance crew will perform concrete joint testing on Route 147 between the Route 45 Exit in West Chillisquaque Township and Ridge Road Exit.
