Birmingham Stallions returning to action versus D.C. Defenders

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WIAT ) — The undefeated Birmingham Stallions will return to action at Protective Stadium on Saturday night.

The only with United Football League franchise with three wins will face the 2-1 D.C. Defenders at 6 p.m., and tickets start $10 before fees. You can purchase tickets by clicking here .

The Stallions lead the UFL with 80 points scored and have allowed a league-low 41 points. Birmingham quarterback Adrian Martinez and running back C.J. Marable sit atop the UFL in rushing at 161 and 140 yards, respectively. Deon Cain, a Stallion receiver, has hauled in a league-best 240 receiving yards.

Following Birmingham’s Week 4 matchup, they will hit the road for back-to-back contests before returning to the Magic City to meet the St. Louis Battlehawks on May 11. They also are scheduled to play the Houston Roughnecks on May 18 at home before closing out the regular season in Week 10 versus the Michigan Panthers in Protective Stadium on June 1.
