A four-vehicle accident slowed traffic this afternoon on a major Lenoir County roadway and sent one patient to ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville via EastCare. Just before 2:30 this afternoon, fire and EMS units were dispatched to a vehicle accident at the intersection of Jim Sutton Road and U.S. 70 West in the Little Baltimore section of La Grange.
