LEIPSIC — Leipsic saw a six run lead trimmed to two in the top of the fourth inning. In the bottom of the inning the Vikings regained the momentum in a big way as they tallied 11 times. Those 11 runs allowed the Vikings to defeat Holgate 17-4 Monday in a five inning Division IV sectional semi-final contest.

Miller City has been on the road for nine straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Continental Pirates at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. MILLER CITY — Miller City's Brent Koenig tossed a two-hitter Tuesday to lead the Wildcats to an 11-0 Putnam County League win over Continental. Koenig didn't allow a run on two hits with eight strikeouts and a walk. Both of the Pirates hits and the walk came in the first inning. Koenig allowed just one base runner, on a hit by pitch, after the first inning.
Lady Titans dominate on the track at Galion
GALION — Ottawa-Glandorf's girls track team dominated on the track Friday night in winning the Galion Kiwanis Invitational. The Lady Titans won nine events on the track as they finished the night with 143 points to claim the team championship. Lexington finished second in the 13 team event with 123 points.
