City files to stop reinstatement of Kansas City firefighter involved in deadly crash
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The city of Kansas City, Missouri, is filing a motion to stop the reinstatement of a firefighter who caused a deadly crash in Westport in December 2021. The city says in the motion that the firefighter's union arbitrator had exceeded their powers to put Dominic Biscari back on the job and give him back pay.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Tuesday, April 23, just before 7:30 p.m. police responded to a serious crash on northbound Interstate 435 and Truman Road. A white Mercury Mountaineer was driving north on I-435 when a witness said a speeding gray pickup truck cut across all lanes to take the Truman Road exit. The witness was not sure if the pickup made contact with the Mercury.
