Help the Metropolitan Area Communications Commission better represent community needs to Comcast by taking a survey.

The MACC regulates and administers Comcast and Ziply Fiber Cable franchises in the area, and oversees Tualatin Valley Cable TV, which broadcasts local government programming such as public meetings and events like the Beaverton Voters’ Forum .

Approaching a contract renewal with Comcast, the MACC has created a survey for area residents to share their thoughts on cable service.

“MACC wants to know what Washington County residents think about Comcast's cable service, even if they are not currently a Comcast subscriber,” a press release reads.

Information from the survey will only be reported as a group, and individual participants will be kept anonymous.

The survey can be accessed online at maccor.org .

“The more members of the community we hear from, the better we can represent their needs and interests to Comcast,” the organization stated in the release.
