Portland Man Accused of Stealing DHS Vehicle, Leading Authorities on 100 mph I-5 Chase
A Portland man was taken into custody Wednesday after leading law enforcement on a car chase involving a stolen Department of Homeland Security vehicle, per the Cowlitz County Sheriff's Office. The suspect, identified as 41-year-old Travis Grygla, allegedly swiped the vehicle during an arrest earlier that day and then barreled down Interstate 5 reaching speeds over 100 mph.
Suspect arrested in E Portland murder case
PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - A suspect has been arrested for the December killing of Michael McFadden in the Centennial Neighborhood. On Dec. 1 around 10:30 p.m., Portland police officers responded to a report of a shooting near southeast 148th Avenue and southeast Taggart Street. When they arrived on scene, they found McFadden injured. He died after being taken to the hospital by ambulance.
