Hailey Van Lith Confirms Transfer Destination With 7-Word Message

Hailey Van Lith has officially chosen her transfer destination after entering the portal earlier this month following one season at LSU.

The former Tiger and Louisville Cardinals' guard is heading to TCU.

Van Lith confirmed the news with a seven-word message posted to her social media on Friday.

"the pen has officially hit the paper," Van Lith posted.

Van Lith averaged 11.6 points, 3.6 assists and 2.4 rebounds for LSU this past season. It was a down year by her standards, though, as she averaged 19.7 points, 3.2 assists and 4.5 rebounds per game the year prior with Louisville.

Whispers surrounding Van Lith's transfer to TCU began to surface last week, however, the senior guard initially denied those rumors in official statement, indicating she needed more time to make the decision.

Now, Van Lith is officially headed to the Big 12.

She'll look to help lead the Horned Frogs to their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2010.
