BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Are you a fan of Japanese-style dishes? Check out these hibachi restaurants that are featured in the capital city.

Hibachi restaurants in Baton Rouge offer a sit-down experience for you to enjoy lunch or dinner with your friends and family. Restaurants around the area provide Japanese-style dishes throughout the day.

According to Kobe Japanese Steakhouse, “Hibachi in itself can trace its origins from the term “teppanyaki,” which in the Japanese language loosely equates to “grilling over an iron plate.”

Customers can choose chicken, steak, shrimp, lobster or scallop as their main course, along with other sides provided with their meal.

Tokyo Grill Sushi & Hibachi
