    Bangor Christian School honor parts

    BANGOR — The Bangor Christian School Class of 2024 Valedictorian is Natasha Alyokhin, daughter of Andrei Alyokhin and Sayoko Mori of Old Town.

    Throughout her time at BCS, Natasha participated in varsity cheerleading, varsity softball, and varsity track and field. She was co-captain of her cheerleading team her junior and senior years and was a state runner-up in 2022 and 2023. Natasha also qualified for the state track meet in the high jump and triple jump. She was a winter scholar-athlete for four years and a Penobscot Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete.

    Natasha was the president of her class all four years of high school. She partook in multiple volunteering opportunities, helping local charities in her community. Along with achieving high honors every quarter, Natasha received top student awards in multiple classes throughout high school. Through Husson University and the University of Maine, she completed 10 dual-enrollment classes, earning her 30 college credits. Natasha was also awarded the MPA Principal’s Award her senior year.

    Next year, Natasha will attend the University of Maine to study accounting.

    The Bangor Christian School Class of 2024 Salutatorian is Natalie Todd, daughter of Kevin and Krista Todd of Bangor.

    Natalie has attended Bangor Christian for 11 years. She has received numerous top student awards including Honors Geometry, Honors World History, Physical Science, English 9, Health, Spanish 1 & 2, Algebra, Pre-calculus, AP English Language and Composition, and United States History.  In addition to receiving high honors every quarter, Natalie took five dual enrollment classes at Husson University. She also served four years as class treasurer. Natalie is active in her church and has gone on two mission trips with her youth group. Natalie played basketball for four years and softball her sophomore year. She received several scholar-athlete awards.

    Natalie will be attending the University of Maine in the fall to study nursing.
