YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – The two suspects charged in a fatal shooting last September appeared in Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas on Tuesday morning.

Body of missing person found in local park

Talim Mumin was indicted last week on murder and other charges for the death of Vincent Tarver and for allegedly hurting Joleene Christy at the Compass West Apartments in Austintown.

Mumin entered not guilty pleas Tuesday morning and remains in jail without bond.

Also in court was 18-year-old Ethan Richmond.

He was initially charged as a juvenile as he was 17 at the time of the incident, and his case was bound over to Common Pleas Court for trial.

He is being held on a $500,000 bond.

Trials for both men are set for next month.
