    — Charles Buniag, 50, Mapleview, was sentenced to one years supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-any amount schedule I/II drugs/metabolite/hemp. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 150 days in jail. He was given credit for 30 days served.

    — Jacob Louis Cano, 25, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $250 each for two counts of gross misdemeanor for nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images-intentionally disseminate image without consent. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 362 days in jail. He was given credit for two days served.

    — Joe Lewis Castaneda, 22, Austin, was sentenced to thee years supervised probation for felony first degree damage to property – value reduced over $1,000. He must follow several conditions.

    — Jason Cole Gardner, 44, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for gross misdemeanor third degree damage to property. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 242 days in jail. He was given credit for 122 days served.

    — Jake Lawrence Gossman, 23, Rose Creek, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate a motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.

    — Shane Micheal Kranz, 28, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony fifth degree drugs-possess schedule 1,2,3,4 or paraphernalia residual.

    — Oscar Eduardo Alfaro Pereira, 35, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 361 days in jail. He was given credit for three days served. He was also sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI-operate a motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 361 days in jail. He was given credit for three days served. Sentences are to run concurrently.

    — Kane Norbert Erickson, 29, Austin, was sentenced to three years supervised probation and fined $500 for felony check forgery-offer/possess with intent to defraud He must follow several conditions. He was also sentenced to four years supervised probation for felony second degree-sale 10 grams or more. A narcotic other than heroin within a 90-day period. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 48 months in prison.

    — Jason Michael Griese, 37, Austin, was sentenced to 30 months in prison for felony violent felon in possession of ammunition.

    — Levi Andy Hershberger, 27, Harmony, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and find $500 for gross misdemeanor DWI operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 365 days in jail.

    — Eve Jennings Taalak, 40, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to a chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail.
