Hailey Satyna earns degree, receives ‘hooding’ at Cumberlands

Molalla’s Hailey Satyna recently received a Masters of Science in physician assistant studies at the University of the Cumberlands – Williamsburg campus. Additionally, she underwent the “hooding” ceremony that is part of receiving an MSPAS degree.

During the ceremony, 27 physician assistant (PA) program graduates received their hoods as a sign they have completed the requirements of their degree program while maintaining professionalism in their clinical rotations and upholding high standards as representatives of the university.

Local earn academic honors at Clackamas Community College

A long list of local students was recently named to the 2023-24 winter term honor roll and president’s list at Clackamas Community College.

To be named to the honor roll, students must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or better. To make the president’s list, students must earn a 3.75 or better GPA.
