Exira-EHK Aiming for Low Scores to Close Out the Regular Season Before Sectionals
(Elk Horn, IA) – The scores continue to go down for the Exira-EHK Spartans golf team as they continue to work hard and have fun. At the 5×80 golf course last Thursday, the Spartans featured almost every varsity golfer in the mid to low 50s and shot 217 as a team. That was an impressive effort, especially given the wind on the course and the length of the course to add to it all. Head Coach Tom Petersen was proud of his boys for performing as well as they did with their inexperience on the course and what they were able to achieve.
