Meet people from southeast Ohio’s past during Night at the Museum which will be held from 6-8 p.m. May 18 at the Southeast Ohio History Center, 24 W. State St., Athens.

Night at the Museum is a fun, interactive family event. The goal is to showcase the region’s rich cultural, racial and leadership diversity through first person interpretation of some of its storied people.

William Tecumseh Sherman; Ephraim Cutler, framer of the Ohio Constitution, co-founder of the Coonskin Library in Amesville, trustee of Ohio University; and more. They can’t wait to share their stories with you about how they made history in southeast Ohio!
