It's not a stretch to say that DDP Yoga can help people.
And it's all thanks to a local boy.
"Diamond" Dallas Page might be best known for being a WWE Hall of Famer, a three-time WCW Heavyweight champion and the master of his finishing hold, the "Diamond Cutter." But before he was a worldwide star, he grew up at the Jersey Shore.
A back injury caused him to learn different ways to train. While working on a routine for himself, he developed DDP Yoga, also known as DDPY, to help him stay in the ring. It worked for him.
And it's worked for many others.
