Minot scored on a penalty kick goal by Emerson Perrin Friday for a 1-0 win over Jamestown inside the Nelson Family Bubble at the University of Jamestown. MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) - Elison Assisted Living of Minot has put out an open invitation for the public to chill in a friendly chili cook-off competition on Saturday. Patrick James, executive director of the assisted living facility, said it’s the first time they’re hosting this type of event, and local first responders, police and fire department members will be there.
