Jason Burdett no longer with Legacy Motor Club
Legacy Motor Club has made personnel changes midway through the NASCAR Cup Series season, which includes a crew chief change. A Legacy Motor Club spokesperson confirmed to AltDriver on Friday that crew chief Jason Burdett is no longer with the organization. This is one of multiple personnel changes made amid the Olympic break. The spokesperson said that a crew chief for the part-time No. 84 team will be named at a later date.

Kyle Larson is in a position to win his second career Cup Series championship according to the latest odds from BetMGM. The 2021 Cup champion, who won his fourth race of the season last weekend, sits at +350 after 22 races. Larson is just ahead of Denny Hamlin and Christopher Bell, who are both in a tie at +375. New Corvette features most powerful American V8, 1,064 hp
Chevrolet has unveiled the 2025 Corvette ZR1, which features the most powerful V8 engine produced by an American automaker. According to the announcement, the LT7 engine is a 5.5L, twin-turbocharged DOHC flat-plane crank V8 engine. This produces 1,064 horsepower at 7,000 rpm and 828 lb-ft of torque at 6,000 rpm. GM estimates that the Corvette ZR1 will have a top speed of over 215 mph and a quarter-mile time of under 10 seconds.
