TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A new CEO will join YWCA Northeast Kansas. According to YWCA Northeast Kansas officials, they are welcoming Cheri Faunce as their new CEO. Faunce brings to the organization a long career in public sector and nonprofit leadership, most recently as the Vice President of Development for SparkWheel. Manhattan’s Harli Omli is looking for another shot at state after breaking records
MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) - After breaking the school and league meet record this past week in the 200 meters with a time of 24.07, Manhattan’s Harli Omli still wants more. Omli’s time for the 200 was also a personal record along with a personal record in the 100 with a time of 11.95. She won state in the 400 meters last year but said working on her block starts and getting up to top speed is something she has been working on to improve each and every week.
