A little more than than two years after the Jersey Shore lost one of its most beloved pizzerias, its chef is back working an Asbury Park pizza oven. Catbird, a pizza restaurant from chef Aimée McElroy — who previously helmed Medusa Stone Fired Kitchen —opened its doors for a soft opening last week.
