HURON COUNTY, MI - An argument between ice fishermen nearly turned deadly as one almost drowned Friday in Saginaw Bay, police said. Deputies responded around 10 a.m., Feb. 23 to an ice-covered canal in the bay off the end of Kilmanagh Road in Sebewaing Township, according to the Huron County Sheriff’s Office.
