Knox County woman dies in late Thursday afternoon crash near Galesburg
GALESBURG, Ill. (WMBD) — An 82-year-old Wataga woman is dead after a single-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon in rural Knox County. Police responded to a report of mischievous conduct in the 100 block of West Division Street. A traffic accident involving vehicles driven by Jamiha N. Israel, 19, Kewanee, and Brent E. Death investigation underway in Kewanee
KEWANEE, Ill. — Police officers in Kewanee are investigating after finding a man dead during a wellness check over the weekend. According to Kewanee police, officers conducted a welfare check on the 800 block of West Division Street on Saturday, June 8, shortly after 10 p.m. During the check, officers said they found an unresponsive male, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
