Fanning was 30 years old when he disappeared in Hazle Township on Nov. 15, 2018, according to troopers. His father last saw him around noon after dropping him off at the Groceries Plus at 1003 Vine Street, police said. The store was just a few blocks from their North James Street home.

W. PENN TWP., Pa. -- The Carbon County Coroner says a 38-year-old man is dead after a crash in Schuylkill County late Monday night. Alvin Willoughby, 38, of Saint Clair, is dead after the crash at the 800 block of Penn Drive in West Penn Township, according to a news release from the coroner's office. The coroner's office says Willoughby was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital Carbon Campus where he was pronounced dead just before 12:40 a.m.
