HAZLE TWP., LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A section of Interstate 81 was closed off due to a tractor-trailer rollover that leaked liquid chocolate Wednesday morning.

According to the Hazle Township Fire & Rescue Company 141, around 6:30 a.m. crews were called to Cando Expressway and Interstate 81 northbound off-ramp for a tractor-trailer rollover.

Crews arrived on the scene and saw that the truck crash caused a leak of liquid chocolate to spread across the grass.

6 businesses cited for alleged liquor violations

DEP, EMA, PennDot, and PSP were on the scene throughout the day to contain the leak and remove the vehicle.

There is no word if any injuries were reported in the crash.
