RCPD investigates shots fired in Aggieville
MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) - Officers found a spent shell casing, but no one hurt, as they investigate an early-morning gunfire report in Aggieville. Riley Co. Police say officers monitoring crowds in the 1100 block of Moro St. just before 2 a.m. Sunday heard a gunshot. The officers moved to a walkway and spotted two vehicles trying to leave the area.
