Suspect in fatal Putnam County shooting indicted on four charges including murder
PUTNAM COUNTY, Ohio — The suspect in a Putnam County shooting that killed one person and injured another was indicted on four charges Wednesday. According to court records, a grand jury indicted Konner Dunklee on charges of murder, attempted murder, felonious assault and assault. He was arraigned Thursday. A judge did not set bond for Dunklee for the safety of the community, the court document said.
Suspect in Putnam County shooting death case pleads not guilty
OTTAWA — A Lima man charged with a fatal shooting near Leipsic has been arraigned in Ptunam County Common Pleas Court. Konner Dunklee, 26, pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder, an unclassified felony; murder, an unclassified felony; attempt to commit an offense, a first-degree felony; felonious assault, a second-degree felony; and assault, a first-degree misdemeanor. The charges stem from an incident on April 18 at Kitchen Family Trucking, 6302 Pro Tec Parkway (Putnam County Road 5), southeast of Leipsic. Farrah Croninger, 30, Deshler, was found deceased at the scene while Michael Kitchen, 54, Ottawa, also was injured and taken to Mercy Health-St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima.

Garrett Schroeder, 19, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, one a fourth-degree felony, the other two first-degree misdemeanors; illegal use of minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance, a fifth-degree felony; and menacing by stalking, a first-degree misdemeanor. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing was scheduled for May 13. The fifth-degree felony charge was amended from a second-degree felony. Samantha Manson, 42, Grover Hill, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. She was granted drug treatment in lieu of conviction and placed under supervision for two years on condition she complete a treatment program at Westwood Behavioral Health Center. An indictment against Corbin Voirol, Continental, for possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, was dismissed.

Bikers raise over $21,000 for Indian Lake tornado relief at Rebuild Ride
LIMA, OH (WLIO) - Motorcyclists, as far as the eye could see, gathered at Lima Harley-Davidson to raise money for Indian Lake relief efforts. Man on the Cross Motorcycle Ministry brought several parking lots full of bikers together for the Rebuild Ride on Saturday. They planned to depart for Huntsville all at once at noon, but so many people, some from as far as Cleveland and Indiana, showed up that they had to leave in smaller groups over the course of an hour. All proceeds will be donated to the United Way of Logan County, who has already distributed nearly a million dollars to families impacted by the March 14th tornado.
