The National Weather Service has issued a tornado warning for any community within Stark County. A funnel or tornado is reported within 15 miles of Stark County and the funnel or tornado is on a direct path to hit any city within Stark County. Sustained winds of 70 mph or greater reported to be approaching any city within Stark County. A hazardous materials spill to shelter-in-place or other life-threatening event occurs.
