ADAMS COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Officers with the Gettysburg Police Department have arrested a 23-year-old man in connection to a series of car break-ins. According to a press release, police were notified of a car break-in after the caller noticed someone going through their car. The suspect fled when discovered.
