LORAIN, Ohio (WOIO) - A man accused of threatening Lorain firefighters and several area dispatch centers in March pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. Joseph Hengst, 32, of Lorain, was indicted on the charges of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, obstructing official business, impersonation of a peace officer or private police officer and criminal trespass.
