A house in North Ridgeville that sold for $655,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Lorain County in the past week. In total, 81 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $234,680, or $149 per square foot.

CLEVELAND, Ohio – An Elyria man is accused of squealing his tires and performing stunts that damaged the parking lot of Vic Janowicz Park. Officials urge fire safety after fatal Lorain blaze
CLEVELAND, Ohio – After a woman died in a fire earlier this week, Lorain officials are urging residents to make sure they are up to date on safety issues in their homes. Just after midnight on Wednesday, firefighters were called to a 12-unit apartment complex on Shaffer Drive. Several people were either trapped in their apartments or on a balcony, said Lorain Fire Lt. Ben Weber.
