Chillicothe — A Portsmouth trio now have drug charges added to their theft and weapons charges from a visit to Chillicothe’s Ulta Beauty Store. On February 8th, Chillicothe Police responded to 1251 North Bridge Street in Guernsey Crossing Mall in reference to a theft complaint, where an employee stated that a white and a black woman concealed more than $1,000 worth of items and walked past all points of sale, and got into a car with heavy front-end damage, and left.

CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Law enforcement agencies in two southern Ohio counties are investigating a series of separate chaotic incidents that occurred overnight. In Chillicothe, a large brawl erupted outside the Wobbly Ghost bar, located at the intersection of North Bridge Street and East Main. The Chillicothe Police Department, Ross County Sheriff’s Office, and Ohio Highway Patrol responded to the scene. Specifics regarding the incident are still being determined. An unconfirmed social media post claimed that shots were fired during the fight, but police have not yet verified this information. CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Local authorities were dispatched to the Dollar General store at 609 Central Center in response to a case involving counterfeit bills. Hillsboro man charged with bank robbery
A Hillsboro man is being held in the Ross County Jail in Chillicothe after being charged in the April 18 robbery of the Buckeye Savings Bank in Bainbridge. Williams L. Eads, 49, has been charged with robbery, a third-degree felony, by the Ross County Sheriff’s Office and is being held on a $25,000 bond, according to Chillicothe Municipal Court online records.
