8 injured in Exeter wreck
Eight individuals, including five juveniles, were injured on Friday in a wreck at 3:20 p.m. on Highway 76, one mile east of Exeter. According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Samantha Slavens-Mason, 30, of Cassville, was driving a 2015 Ford Flex southbound when her vehicle failed to yield to an eastbound 2010 Infiniti QX56, being driven by Ashley Easter, 35, of Cassville. Both vehicles traveled off the right side of the roadway.
Man injured in Butterfield wreck
A Butterfield man was injured on Friday in a wreck at 11:35 p.m. on Highway 37, half a mile west of Butterfield. According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, John Cargile, 58, of Butterfield, was driving a 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 eastbound when his vehicle failed to yield to southbound a 2021 Freightliner Cascadia, being driven by Benjamin Roe, 54, of Cassville, causing the Freightliner to strike the Dodge.
