Man Who Led Police On Chase in February Found Guilty
A Binghamton man was found guilty on several charges after he led police on a chase through Broome County back in February. According to the Broome County District Attorney, Michael R. Kimball was found guilty of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th degree, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree, Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd degree, Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree, and Unlawful Fleeing A Police Officer In A Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree.

The Broome County Sheriff's Office is searching for a man on an outstanding warrant and is asking the public for help in locating him. The office is looking for Andre Fuimo, who is wanted on warrant for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st degree. Fuimo is described as a white male, 5'11, weighing 163 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
Sidney Man Sentenced to State Prison on Drug Charge
A Sidney man has been sentenced to prison after admitting to possessing and intending to sell meth in Sidney last fall. According to the Delaware County District Attorney, Justin T. Baker was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison and 1 year of post-release supervision. Baker admitted to possessing meth and intending to sell it in Sidney in September 2023. He was previously convicted of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree.
