Village Of Windsor Holds Holiday Parade
Over in Windsor the village held their holiday parade which would travel right down Main Street and conclude on Church Street on Friday night. The parade featured all kinds of attractions such as law enforcement vehicles, decorated cars, and even the Binghamton Rumble Ponies mascots Rowdy and Ruby were in the parade spreading holiday cheer with some Rumble Ponies merchandise.

As a warm front moves in from the west, some light snow or flurries will develop late tonight into Thursday morning. There may be enough to coat the ground in places, but roads shouldn't see much of an impact. Watch for bridges and overpasses and some higher spots that may get coated. Temperatures will get to near 40 by afternoon.
