The first to appear in court was Mrs. Lillian Hanson, of 223 South B street, who was charged in the complaint by Sheriff Slate with the sale of intoxicants in the form of moonshine whiskey. This she denied and was told that she could waive examination or demand a hearing, to learn the evidence against her. She asked the court to fix the time and the same was placed as Monday, April 28.
