Canton approves 86-lot residential subdivision with bonus room for business
CANTON, S.D. — Canton is priming itself for growth with a recent nod toward a Wyoming company’s plan to develop a large subdivision on the city’s east end. The Canton City Council this month unanimously approved preliminary plans for a 95-lot subdivision to be located along the north side of U.S. Highway 18 between Riverview Road and Hiawatha Drive, just to the west of the Sanford Canton-Inwood Medical Center.
