The Mobile County District Attorney's Office seized the dogs last year after they bit other people, but the woman got them back. Now, Liam Martinez, the little boy who was attacked, can't walk and has to have another surgery. He was attacked while playing in his backyard in Wiggins, MS on April 18th.
