VALLEY VIEW, Texas (KXII) - Two people were arrested after a chase with authorities that led to a school district being temporarily locked down Friday morning. According to the Valley View Police Department, a chase with law enforcement from Oklahoma made its way into Cooke County on I-35 where the department, the Cooke County Sheriff’s Office and Texas DPS joined the chase.
